Our Shabbat Speaker Series continues this coming Friday night with Dan Krull (biography below), and an update on the Manheim Community Garden. While we had hoped to be in the garden this Friday night, feedback from many congregants, plus the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, has dictated that we have our service and speaker via Zoom. Stay tuned, as we will gather back in the garden just as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Dan Krull consults around the country. He works for Cultivate KC and is principally involved in establishing its Westport Commons Farm, at 39th Street and Warwick. He’s integrally involved in Manheim Garden — he designed and constructed the food forest, and is largely responsible for the tremendous improvement in Manheim's soil quality.
