A special night of celebration as we celebrate Shavuot-our receiving of Torah at Mt. Sinai, and the gift of Shabbat-a time for connection and rest from the travails of the world. We will begin with worship that encompasses both Shavuot and Shabbat. We will follow our service with a special study session/discussion (will probably begin around 7:30 pm), bringing Torah Study into the contemporary issues we face as Jews. As we are still living in a Zoom world, feel free to have your own Shabbat dinner while we study. Traditionally, we eat a dairy meal to celebrate Shavuot.
